Benefits of Hand in Hand school-based mentoring at all levels:

Elementary K-6 (Ages 5-12):

  • Allows students to have a healthy relationship with an adult that they may not receive anywhere else. 

  • Positive classroom behavior.

  • Increase in academic engagement.

Middle School (Ages 12-14):

  • Reduce school infractions, such as disciplinary referrals, fighting and suspensions.
